Vantaggi
There are no pros for working for such a terrible company
Svantaggi
The least competent business I've ever worked with is this one. 1: Illuminet Solutions requires all its staff members to create Linkedin accounts and set the company's logo as their background image. Failure to do so will result in you being questioned by your manager, and there will be consequences. This is not a part of the company’s policy nor is it in the contractual agreement. In fact, 99 per cent of google reviews are fake reviews from their employees, and their manager probably told the employees to write a review to boost the company's rating. In actuality, this company forces their employees to respond to most of the comments on the Illuminet Solutions LinkedIn profile. Employees would receive instructions from their employers to leave comments on newly submitted posts. Some employees who do not have the corporate banner on their LinkedIn profile are those who refused to do so even after being subjected to a nonexistent company policy. 2: It is well-known that this company hires and fires its BLACK staff as soon as its revenue target is not met, or when the company is not winning enough contracts. Their staff, turnover for the past 2 years has been high for a small/medium-sized corporation. 3: This company purposefully does not have an HR department since the business is more concerned with its financial success than its workers. Instead, the corporation established an operations department and hired staff with little to no expertise in HR. In fact, The company is very keen on doubling its revenue as quickly as possible, but the internal system of the company is a failure and has no effective direction. 4: The business will assign you any work. They'll ask you to do things that have nothing to do with your job duties. If you decline the work and are a person of colour, be prepared to be fired from the company. 5: This company has a reputation for consistently violating its employment contracts with its employees. Once they decide they want you gone, they won't pay you your full wage at the end. Instead, in an effort to silence you, they will keep making unfounded accusations against you. The Illuminet Solutions hiring and firing system: Step 1: The fake nice stage Illuminet Solutions first employ you, and welcome you by saying "We are a family", "If anyone has suggestions, please say them" ," if you are not happy about any of the jobs you are assigned to, please tell us; we are here to help" " You are able to say no to any assignments you are given" or your manager will check up on you to check if you are 'ok'. (The manager is the most deceitful person you will ever encounter) Step 2: The using stage. Illuminet Solutions will give you a few contracts, and they will be happy because you are making money for them. Step 3: "Go and look for contracts for the company." A few months down the line, things will begin to get quiet, and there are not a lot of contracts the company is winning. Illuminet Solutions will ask you to do a few internal jobs which will turn into you doing jobs outside of your comfort zone. Your manager will ask if you are ok with doing the jobs and if you say no, she will show you her true colours. The same manager will ask you to go and look for a contract for the company. This means that your manager will want you to go on places such as Linkedin to search for contracts, relating to your job title, and will ask you to apply for the job, and speak to the hiring manager to see if they will want to work for Illuminet Solutions and Illuminet Solutions will take the main percentage of the contract YOU researched for. Which by the way is not written in your contract to do so. In fact, have you ever worked for a company as a BA, or as a PMO and the company asked you to go and look for a contract on behalf of the company because they are not winning any contracts at the moment? if you haven't well..... Welcome to Illuminet Solutions!!!! Step 4: The end. This is the end. By this time Illuminet Solutions has squeezed all the information out of you, used you to work on different contracts, and now that things are 'a bit quiet at the moment' they will begin to state that you are not working hard enough, or they will begin to accuse you of many false allegations. Then they will simply push you out of their company. Step 5: Incorrect payment The company will not pay your full salary. If you are an employee and have gone through anything I have stated, my best advice is WHISTLE BLOW/ SUE. Do not feel upset, do not feel discouraged. Simply sue them if you want to stop a company like this from their illegal treatment. It is well-known that this company hires and fires its Black staff as soon as its revenue target is not met, or when the company is not winning enough contracts.
