      IM is a great place to put your skills to work. You will be pushed to your very limit to do so. You are given quite the package of nice things at work -- fully stocked fridge and snacks in the break room, free lunches here and there, and fair compensation.

      Pressure to produce is really high, sometimes at the sake of quality. Company policies in every facet are extremely strict.

      Image Management took me out of a job I was unhappy with, and now - I actually look forward to work. I took a free trip to Nashville last year and am taking one to Seattle next year for continuous development, and the whole team gets along well. We are a close-knit group, it's a laid-back feel, and everyone is supportive and kind. There is no office drama, and it allows me to be creative working with clients who are local. It's fun to see a design I did on a popular website... or to see a logo I designed on a car that drives past
