      I’ve been at Image Options for just under a year, and as I’ve stepped into this role, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive as I continue to grow in the industry. There is a lot to learn, but I genuinely feel like everyone has my back and wants to see me succeed. I really enjoy working for a company that invests in its people.

      With the recent acquisition, some processes have not been as streamlined as they could be. That said, it is expected when bringing together two companies with different systems and working to build one that everyone can adapt to. It has been improving steadily, and you can see the progress being made.

      CEO Talks Clear. Our big boss, talks to us clear. He tells what's going on and where company is going. Makes me trust more. Owners of this place treat us good. I feel like they care and not just want to make money. Company Getting Bigger and more work. I see the company growing. This is good for all of us. Gives hope. The job is hard sometimes but I like it. I feel like.

      I been working at Image Options for some time now. The people here are good and help each other, and the company try to support workers when they can. The new CEO seem like he care and want to grow the business. He talks more honest and open than before, and that make us feel like part of things. That is a good change.

      The company not perfect. Business goes up and down, sometimes very busy and other times slow. That make it hard to plan or feel stable. Also, things change fast and not always clear how to grow or get raise inside the company. But I see them trying.
