We are very sorry to see that this was your overall experience here at ImageBloom. We take our company culture very seriously, and try our best to make sure that all of our employees are happy and actively engaged. In terms of turnover, we have had employees leave within a shorter time frame than we expected, but we have found that they go on to find their true passion. We always encourage our employees to enjoy what they do. If they realize that this is not the job for them, we want them to pursue those other opportunities. As we continue to grow as a company, this is in turn generates more work throughout the departments. However, as our company grows so does our departments.
