False promises made over and over again. Zero raises ever, sales team who never made a sale, compensation way below industry standard, shockingly incompetent management. New CEO came in and laid off almost entire engineering team, with no warning, during a pandemic - classy! Kept the terrible sales team though - clever! Brought in her cronies who had no idea how to run a Biometric company - smart! Continues to somehow fleece investors into loaning them money so they can make huge deals, like 4 tiny banks in Illinois -profit!
