Throughout my tenure at ImaginXP, I have worked with one of the best people around. ImaginXP is a constantly evolving organization that gives you a playground to experiment and learn many things. This gives you complete ownership of what you do and they encourage new ideas. Though the work comes with its own challenges, you get to learn - how to solve problems, manage people, make and reiterate processes, and work collectively for the shared goal. Being in the Ed-tech space, the team looks forward to creating a difference in how Education is being perceived in our country. This gives you a purpose and your efforts have a direct impact on changing the lives of learners. There is sound leadership in place here, and their efforts in building the next line of leaders are pretty evident. Not to mention they have a phenomenal team of Faculty & Trainers. They are highly driven and skilled people with great self-esteem.

The office space can be better and bigger :) And of course, there are challenges and difficult situations. But, this is all part and parcel of the job.
