Extremely less than average pay (think old school salaries of ‘pay your dues as an assistant’), no career development or advancement, no discussion of salary increases and extremely long hours. They stack women in their senior roles but in reality upper management and the board is all old white men making the decisions, the women are just a facade. Simply put, Imagine is outdated and not changing. The founder is also extremely volatile and will lash out at employees without any warning. Do not fall for taking a job here, you can get a better experience and pay elsewhere.
