We understand the hesitation to jump onboard the “Co-President” bandwagon, but we honestly feel that Co-President brings complementary strengths and valuable perspectives to leading Imagine Learning to the next level as a leading EdTech provider for educators and schools. Our HR team works tirelessly to address concerns and issues as they arise, and I’m disappointed you feel they have not supported you or others you are aware of. Please reach out to our HR team to discuss these circumstances—they would want to hear your feedback. Although we can’t control for each individual action, we believe we have the best employees working for us—employees who want to do what is right to meet the needs of our customers while collaborating as individuals, teams, and departments. We’ve had a lot of change over the past couple of years, which can be difficult to navigate, but we feel incredibly positive about the direction these changes are taking us as a company and we’re glad to have you onboard as we move forward.
