Across our organization, we recognize that being a strong individual contributor doesn’t always automatically translate to being an effective manager, which is why we continue to invest in leadership training and development. That said, we also want to provide some broader context. Our Billing Advocacy team has consistently been one of our most engaged departments year over year, based on employee engagement survey results. This reflects the strong focus the leadership team places on employee development, support, and team culture. Many of the leaders within this group have built long-standing careers at Imagine360, and their approach has resulted in frequent internal promotions, strong team growth, and high performance. We also regularly see positive feedback from the members they support, including top-tier ratings in client-facing reviews. We know that experiences can vary, and feedback like yours is important in helping us continue to grow.
