At Imagine360, we believe that prioritizing measurable outcomes and achieving our goals are just as important as putting in the effort. As a data-driven organization, we continually analyze our successes and failures to identify areas for improvement. Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the health insurance industry, and with recent additions to our team and strategic organizational changes, we are maximizing our potential and committed to achieving the highest level of member satisfaction.
In addition, we have felt the impact of inflation on our business and have implemented internal cost-cutting measures to contain the cost increase for our members. Nevertheless, we prioritize professional growth and development and invest in our team members, promoting from within whenever possible. This year alone, we have proudly promoted over 70 team members and created more opportunities for professional development.
Our Human Resources team aims to build positive relationships with team members and promote a growth-oriented workplace. We encourage everyone to use our anonymous feedback tool to provide honest feedback without fear of reprisal. HR actively provides guidance to management on hiring, performance management, and employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace and protect employee interests. We also execute an annual employee pulse survey that is completely confidential and delivered through a third-party vendor to gain insight into our workplace and how we can continue to improve.
Finally, we encourage all team members to prioritize their well-being, even during busy periods, by taking advantage of our competitive benefits package. This includes our comprehensive health plan, financial assistance with medical debt, generous PTO allowance, and new, robust Employee Assistance Program.
