In addition to a zero-cost employee health plan, this year alone we added a much more robust employee assistance program, expanded telemedicine offering, enhanced wellness programs. Every year, we diligently assess our benefits package, constantly seeking fresh avenues to elevate and enrich our offerings. Our company operates on a performance-based model, the bonus and merit for this year were determined by considering both the company's performance and the employee's annual performance review. Regarding compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay structure to ensure it remains competitive in the industry.
