      In a short amount of time, ImagineX has assembled a very strong team of consultants to play key roles across a number of interesting projects. The consultants I've met in the company so far are very talented and driven. And the leadership team has done a great job of regularly sharing the companies vision, values, and accomplishments. I'm really excited about what the future holds for me at ImagineX, and happy that I can take part in building this truly unique consulting firm.

      Some travel may be required, but the recruiting and leadership team made that very clear during the interview process. 401k plan hasn't been set-up yet, but will hopefully be in place within next several months.

      Imaginex has been a great place to grow as a software engineer. The biggest benefit is the flexible work schedule — you’re trusted to manage your own time as long as you meet your deadlines. Most engineers start between 8–10am, and there’s no micromanagement.

      Salary is competitive for Atlanta but slightly below big tech companies. Promotions can sometimes take longer than expected, depending on the department and business needs. Some internal processes could be more streamlined.
