While working here, I have encountered great coworkers but was uncomfortable to hear management trash talking about other employees, their was much favoritism that would go on as well, also, the lack of promotions to those employees who deserve it the most by offering their extra time and effort to accomplish critical projects for management happened way too often. Finally, you can say that the pay may not up to industry standards but they try to win you over with their benefits.
