Worked at Impact Life years ago and left for better job roles elsewhere. A lot of the phlebotomists, lab techs, and account reps are wonderful people, passionate, reasonably hard working, and really care about the mission. Is a great place to get your foot in the door in healthcare: can be trained for free in phlebotomy, work there for a year and get promoted, and take on extra shifts at the hospital or local clinics with your cert. The good ones get promoted or leave. Great for individuals, sad for company.

Unfortunately poor leadership and stagnant wages have left things frozen in time. Dated processes can be efficient, but also cause headaches. Leadership has no interest in changing to grow, but get upset when employees don't work harder for the little they get paid. Made 52k about four years ago as a manager, saw that the pay for the roles has not changed at all in almost FIVE years. Website and social media has always looked like it is ran by a facebook boomer and has not changed in almost 10 years, too embarassing. I also don't want to hear how we need to get "repeat donors" when friends I have recruited to drives said they would love to donate again, but no one ever called or sent them a reminder so they went to our competitor!
