Great product, market leader, Some good people, SE team the best Generous redundancy package, Remote working

Very high staff turnover, including E-Staff Unrealistic sales targets, typically only 1 sales person per team hits target CEO does little to motivate, whilst CRO surrounds himself by "yes" staff. Losing more clients faster than new business can replace them

This position offers a high level of autonomy, as it's a mostly remote role with only occasional need to visit the office for company-wide meetings. Customers are good at staying engaged. The solution isn't a set-it-and-forget-it type of solution, as ongoing consulting is required.

Svantaggi

Pricing against competition, the solution is becoming increasingly difficult to sell against other large players entering the market.

Impartner did not micro manage as an organization. They attempted to try to take care of their clients and had their staff dedicate lots of time to understanding and satisfying their needs.

Svantaggi

I was not cross trained in othe skills and put into a product that was not central to the business. In 2024 they had 3 rounds of layoffs.
