The first company I have worked for which have introduced a change programme / strategy and are seeing it through. The people are what make Impellam special along with a genuine desire to be a good place to work. It is a very busy and challenging environment, and isn't for those who just want to work in a company that accepts the status quo. You are able to make a difference to the company as Senior Managers listen and are happy to consider new ideas. It is a UK owned company so the Executive team are close to the business.

Benefits package needs to be brought up to 21st century level - but it is gradually improving and I think they are looking to sort this in the long term. It can take over your life, if you let it.
