I stopped working at Imperium Solutions about 4 months ago and I feel like I had been completely lied to the whole time, which is why I left. All their job postings are for the same door to door sales position. I found out that this company is one of the many companies that are part of this organization called Smart Circle, which is made up of dozens of businesses that primarily go after vulnerable fresh out of high school students and recent college grads. It costs them $0 to hire you, so they don't care if you quit within 3 days or 3 months. All they need is for you to make some sales to keep their numbers up and their offices running, which is why they mention that the interview process is ending on the phone, which is a complete lie. They say that to pressure people into coming in as soon as possible. They interview and hire people every single day. Don't let the manager wrap you up with his fake promises and lies like he did to me. There is no real opportunity for growth here.
