A bunch of unprofessional leaders, especially in APJ management. Early this year they laid off some employees in the name of cost cutting and pulling out of some geographies. They told us by looking into our eyes that it had nothing to do with our performance. But the mid level management, some of which was lifted and shifted to SG were unprofessional. They retained some of their favorites giving no respect to performance. And now they have floated new headcounts in those same regions where they let people go in the name of pulling out business from those countries. We were promised to be paid for our incentives for the notice period, but that never reached our account and the mid managers would just shrug off from responsibility.
