Support on the products is lacking. I had many customers that needed many many escalations because front line support couldn't fix the problem. The product is expensive, so the customer is always trying to get discounted. The channel partners are not truly engaged with Imperva, so they generally just pass paper for sales to happen. As a sales person for Imperva, I did 95% of the job on my own with without help of the channel community. My main issue with Imperva is the management is crap. I went through five managers in two years, and one of them was the most discriminating person I've ever met in my life. HR is a joke. I am actually filing a complaint with the commission for human right now (and they have accepted my case).
