Where do we start, Import.io has lost all their seasoned sales people and technical Solutions Engineers we were let go this week, 11.18.19 Approx. 30% of the company has just been RIF'ed and the remaining folks are looking because they appear to be running out of money to support their customer base and grow it. They have no one left to support their Sales Engineering and MDS deliveryTeams . Customers are leaving them for cause.
The CEO Gary Read is an Englishman that on the service seems like a decent guy albeit Pompous, but he is purely a marketing guy way over his head as a CEO and It shows. He really needs a wake up call.
