Fast paced startup environment makes it a bit chaotic

middle management is decent and benefits r good

-layoffs regularly despite how small the team is. and they’ve cut their workforce by 50% in the last 2-3 years - it’s a dying ship with no proper vision -no longer a mission driven company and has lost sight of values. and who cares about the mission when leaders don’t even treat their people well. -they say they wanna cut costs but invest in dumb and expensive initiatives and then lay people off -no training or career development or outlook on advancement -leaders r absolutely out of their mind and incompetent. we never know what’s going on and leaders have no idea on what their subordinates r dealing with and don’t have alignment on a good path forward for company’s strategy
