      Most services or businesses "talk diversity". Imprimis is a company where diversity is implemented and valued. I truly need to represent a company that understands the importance of this at this time in my life. I RETURNED to Imprimis because of the respect I have for the Founder/CEO and her leadership along with a great sales manager who UNDERSTANDS sales people and their struggles without "micro-managing". I am happy to be "home" again. The ways in which the CEO backs up words of diversity with action makes me very proud and happy to represent Imprimis. BLM at Imprimis to be sure!

      Working as a sales person is ALWAYS stressful, it is not the company that is the con, it is the position that can be challenging at times.

      Contracting allows a lot of flexibility. The screening process is rigorous enough to set higher standards for the associates they employ than at some other agencies, and the pay range is significantly higher than many other agencies.

      Some of the Senior Management business decisions have been questionable; the branch offices have not been managed well and have lost a lot of business, resulting in an inability to provide long- or short-term positions for associates. Significant changes to policies and procedures are not necessarily announced to currently-registered associates, leading to unpleasant surprises. When issues have arisen, Senior Management ignored queries and no answers or resolutions were offered.
