8yWe couldn't agree more! Even though this post is from 2016, as the new President at Imprint Projects (starting Jan 2018) - my number one priority is to improve the way we support and manage our teams. We are growing quickly, and moving fast - and we could do a better job of providing the structure people need to work together better. The appointment of a new leadership team in JAN 2018 (elevating existing members and adding new roles) are intended to address the "cons" discussed here.
