Risposta di Impyrian
1yDear Former Employee,
We appreciate your feedback and take all reviews seriously. It is unfortunate that you did not experience Impyrian the way we’d all hoped. However, we must address some inaccuracies in your recent review.
1. No wage negotiation – Several employees were transitioned to Impyrian from your previous employer as part of a joint venture agreement. We understood the stress and uncertainty this change would bring and informed impacted employees that Impyrian would maintain the pay, tenure, and benefits (same or improved) of the transitioning staff to minimize the impact. The timeline for pay increases for staff was also communicated during multiple information sessions with staff throughout the transition.
2. Underpayment of staff – Please reference the above reply.
3. HR competence – While our Human Resources department is the forward-facing representative for HR-related matters such as benefits and 401k enrollment, etc. there are many other factors that play a role in successful onboarding that are beyond our control. We agree that we experienced challenges such as service and technical issues with our carriers and/or vendors that unfortunately impacted our team during the transition. These issues were communicated to impacted staff as soon as possible with status updates as we received them from the vendor, until the issues were worked through to conclusion.
4. In-person Interaction with management – As with many matrixed organizations, the reporting structure may be more complex than a straight line to one manager. It may not be possible to always have all managers onsite every day, but we do strive to ensure that the day-to-day manager is onsite and available to staff each day.
5. Management’s frequent lies - Your perception of our management team is very unfortunate. Impyrian would not gain anything from lying to our employees, which is why we attempt to be as transparent as possible with all our staff.
We remain committed to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the well-being of our employees. We encourage open communication and constructive feedback to address any concerns and while we attempted to address and resolve your concerns on multiple occasions, unfortunately, we were not successful in living up to your expectations. We continue to endeavor to meet and even exceed the expectations of our team members.
