They are exploitative of your labor — ie paying you below market rate of the actual day-to-day role you are performing and gaslighting you about the effort and labor you’re putting in. You might be performing like a Director, but only receive pay as a coordinator all while they dangle a non-existent carrot in front of your face. They also talk a lot of **** about their own collaborators and vendors — and employees. In front of employees. Generally unlikeable and insufferable people.
