-The higher ups treat staff like they are disposable. -The clients can get violent towards you. -The higher ups play favorites and let the favorites leave early or come to work late which messed up scheduling for the non favorite staff. -higher ups tell staff to treat the clients like adults but then do the opposite and treat the clients like kids and give them treats whenever they see the clients. - higher ups don't confront clients about false reporting and how it can negatively impact staff.
