My pros were that In Motion knew that we weren't up to par in utilizing Linux based commands and they understood and worked with us.

They were new to the support aspect and the time difference in getting hold of someone was a bit frustrating, they also held onto everything tightly.

Positive work environment, well lit, clean, lots of documentation, and good HR management. Good project managers. Developers and engineers have lunch together regularly.

Seems like the outlook overall is only certain in the short term. Hiring slowed when it was predicted to be picked up.
