Managment is often inexperianced and constantly being trained... so yeah that often leads alot to be desired from them... but they try, they are all just regular employees who are promoted from within so they all know how it is for you. Sometimes they just don't remeber that far back. A huge amount of time the place feels like an extension of high school. Drama is fairly rampant and so is drug use. Overall comradere is a little bit like being brainwashed but its enough to put up with. Meetings are little more than pep rallies and its basicly like getting paid for going to highschool, without homework.
