Some nice people (mostly in customer service department) Could be useful for junior people to get experience for their resume (because they will get you working 3 jobs at the same time)

Family-owned company aka nepotism, leadership is not chosen based on merit but on who’s related/married to whom breeding chaos and incompetence which trickles down from the very top. Some departments seem better than others… however, wouldn’t touch marketing with a 10-foot pole, the turnover in there was literally 100% (every single person has been replaced with someone else) over the course of the year I was there.
