There are a few individuals within the organization who demonstrate professionalism and are enjoyable to work with.

The primary concern is a lack of leadership accountability and consistent enforcement of professional standards. There were repeated instances of unprofessional and confrontational communication in the workplace, as well as inappropriate discussions about employees occurring in both private and public settings. These issues were known within leadership but were not meaningfully addressed.
