Have people to rely on

Communication is not the best

If you like not having to rush around 100% of the time, enjoy the smell of clean laundry, while keeping active it's pretty decent. The pay isn't awful, and the people are generally very kind. Management is overall the most respectful I've encountered personally. Management also was encouraging of me to use my break and lunch.

It's very up to the cleaners on how quick your day is going to go. Work loads are physically heavy, and it tears up your hands, back, and shoulders. There is more work to do besides just driving that they aren't entirely clear about when you hire in. It's not the worst but it does make for a nasty surprise if the other drivers aren't pulling their weight, which they frequently didn't in my experience. I was a brand new hire taking on the work of 3 people most days. And the days I wasn't I felt like I was seen as the other drivers as lazy. Communication is an ongoing problem. The only redeeming quality of it is that management tends to take the criticism well, and change was made while I was there. But it wasn't made habit in my time. I also didn't feel like the amount I worked was reflected in my pay, but all checks were accurate.
