Management. The management team hardly work at all while everyone else overworks themselves for low pay. They want to hire inexperienced techs to avoid fair pay.

Every employee is a professional and willing to assist and collaborate to produce the best solution for the client. Great attitudes create a pleasant working environment. Flexible and open to new ideas. A company not afraid to look at itself and make changes to improve. I enjoyed my time working at In-Touch, and wish my former co-workers nothing but the best in the future. Thorough training and ongoing support.

Any company pursuing growth needs employees all pulling in the same direction. This is not a place for someone looking to punch a clock. Acquisition and bringing multiple companies into working alignment takes time, patience and requires the ability of each employee to see the big picture. To that end, seeing beyond simply the technical position to include client management and business organization are additional skill-sets demanded for the role.

Pros depend on who you are friends with in the company. Overall, the biggest perk is gaining familiarization of a multitude of various network environments. The educational value is good, if you have the time to actually take in the work that you're performing. Do not expect the company to encourage personal education, however.

The pay offered by this company is good for somebody right out of school, but is far inadequate for anybody looking to make a decent wage in the industry. Your job role can change at a moment's notice. Management will act understanding, but is completely unresponsive to real-life needs of employees. Under staffing was a constant issue, and the oncall policy was unrealistic. Favoritism was very obvious. HQ based in GA didn't perform a satisfactory job in handling or maintaining their acquired office in Gavinesille, FL. Employees do not feel safe in their job role. Asking for a raise, or mentioning a better offer will get you an immediate boot out of the door. Employees are overworked here, and certainly underpaid and underappreciated. There are better tech companies, and comparable MSP's in the area which offer much higher pay.
