Its tough to survive here without politics doesn't matter how hard/smart you work for your job. 1) No work life balance though it has flexible work timings. 2) No HR in action at all. All for the sake of keeping and HR department they are there. They comes in action when they have to inform that you are fired. 3) No fixed shift timings. 4) No time for yourself 5) Leaves- not applicable 6) Employees are being harassed with different problems 7) Looks attractive on paper but fixed bonus is generally carved out from the negotiated CTC which is disclosed after joining the organisation. 8) Non transparent management processes like appraisal, bonuses, hikes etc. 9) No safety assurance by the Organisation.They will put you on client place then will not respond. Don't have own projects and force you to work with different domain. 10)Very worst response from Hr,management even requesting for small thing 11)They will fully focused on taking money from Employee 12)Will not provide salary on time 13)Putting employee trouble in all aspects 14)Stressful life with the company and no carrier growth 15)Didn't get what they committed,liars. Total employee strength in Bhubaneswar-18,South Africa -36,Delhi-17, Think 100 times before joining.Don't scream after you join here.
