      Men beziet je als een product. Het is een bodyshop. Zodra je niet meer voldoet, krijg je meteen je opzegbrief (tot 2 keer gehad). Kan je het omdraaien, dan smeken ze je om terug te tekenen. Bedrijfswagens zijn oud, versleten, vuil & in eigen bezit van het bedrijf. (eerste wagen was 7 jaar oud (100K Km's op de teller), de 2de 9 jaar (166K Km's op de teller) & de 3rde was bijna 10 jaar oud (meer dan 200K Km's op de teller) & verschillende ontbrekende onderdelen, gebreken (versleten hybride batterij), alsook véél carrosserieschade bij het ontvangen...

      Dynamic environment. Challenging job and great colleagues. A lot of attention on personal development and employees' well being. Great benefits. Fulltime/longterm jobs They really listen to what you want and don't just push you into some positions/functions. For me personally it's one of the best opportunities I've had in years.

      It's very busy at In4Matic, because if this there might be a chaos sometimes. Rudy can be a bit much, but Sophie & the other colleagues totally make up for it.
