Clueless , they have created whatsapp groups in which they keep messaging till ate night about the business and then start from 6 am in the morning again. People do not know work life balance their and expect same from you. I once got a call at 10 in the night.

Extreme work pressure Unrealistic deadlines to the management teams always over promise and under deliver Work on weekends is a norm here You will always feel unease and not secured feeling when it comes to job security, there will be a constant feeling of being put in PIP Cutting down team size at the hike cycle by putting employee into PIP (which results in no bonus pay or hike). HR policies are made in such a way that they are good to hear or to market a opening but doesn't provide the actual benefit For example Priveledge leaves are 21 and can be applied only 3 times and weekend is also considered in this (calendar leave) No matter how you apply you always loose out on some leaves to weekends
