The CEO does not treat employees with respect and frequently behaves in a rude and unprofessional manner. Terminations are handled poorly — there is often no formal communication via email. Employees are simply informed verbally that it is their last working day, without any prior notice. Overall, the work environment lacks professionalism and proper employee management practices.
