90% of the employee are overseas students on some sort of Visa restrictions so they work for low pay, Owner is always coming to your desk and saying over your shoulder "still doing that job?" and doesnt know what are the challenges the person is encountering to do that job. Always guessing "this is a simple task, shouldnt take that long" whereas he himself does not know about the task or the software and how long it should really take.
