Improving consistency and communication at the leadership level would enhance the overall experience.

There are serious concerns regarding the CEO’s leadership style and workplace environment. Communication is frequently unprofessional and overly critical, with constant questioning of employee contributions regardless of effort, and a lack of recognition for work delivered. There is also a concern that negative opinions are expressed about employees after they leave the organization, which affects trust and morale. The organization appears to prioritize financial outcomes over employee welfare, with limited support or investment in employee well-being and infrastructure. Basic workplace facilities are inadequate, including the absence of proper separate washroom arrangements. Most importantly, there are serious concerns regarding harassment and inappropriate behavior towards employees, which raises significant concerns about workplace safety, ethics, and professionalism, and requires immediate attention.
