      It was a good company 'once upon a time'!

      . No flexible timings. The manager will stand at the gate looking at his watch and give you looks even if you are 30secs-1min late. .No cafeteria (just the coffee and tea) .They use outdated technology as their only concern in Internet Explorer. They even refuse using tools like Babel, modernizr etc. .It was said that we'd get a bonus on every release. It's been 2 years and we've had couple of releases.The only thing we ever received were sweet boxes.

      - The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

      The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
