Vantaggi
* The perks there are fantastic. Monthly get-centered days, monthly lunch-with-peeps, interesting monthly events hosted by HR, bi-annual company retreats (with karaoke and good food at all of them!), monthly MVPeep possible reward (around $1000, I think)
* The people are fantastic. My coworkers, managers, IT, and HR were all fantastic. They want you to thrive and grow, but they give you the space to do your own thing without micromanaging.
* The pay was good, and the raises every year were great. I got promoted without problems.
* Work culture was healthy - I didn't really have to work much on weekends or overtime unless there were PagerDuty issues. Sometimes some coworkers continued work later than I did and reached out to ask questions, but they always respected if I was busy
Svantaggi
* I think the only con I can think of is that there were two large layoff waves in the time I worked there. They paid fair severance and offered help in finding a new job through a technical recruiter, so it didn't really leave a sour taste in my mouth. There wasn't really much warning, though.
* Not a big deal, but I worked mostly in a language completely different than the one I was hired for. I didn't mind much since the other perks far outweighed any cons.
