Unorganized from the beginning. No actual management. I started working two days a week and in the first day the supervisor told me she wanted to leave the job by end of September due to her not getting a promotion which I thought was TMI on my first day… then after two weeks she went on a month long vacation. She Gave us new hires a bunch of trainings that are not needed. It’s a store to get a charger or headphones and neck pillows. The amount of trainings we had to do was nonsense. The supervisor was 1 hr late my second day. I almost quit then but decided to stick it out another 3 weeks. The back room stinks really bad since the vent they have is shared with the Lounge & there are actually rats said the supervisor. The job itself is easy and the customers are nice they just want something to go and that’s it. They want you to sell products but don’t offer Commission. It’s simply not worth it. No growth whatsoever. Aside from this the parking for employees is in a separate lot from the airport. You have to at least get to work 35 to an hour early to make it to your destination on time. I can’t imagine the winter. The shuttle drivers run behind and you can be waiting for 15 plus mins for shuttles. You can’t bring drinks through TSA and if you want to bring food TSA will look through it. It’s a nightmare. The employees they have at that store are unprofessional and Drama. Talks really bad about the prior employee’s that left. I ended up resigning due to the supervisors condescending attitude. She told me she didn’t want me to quit after I told her I was all set with the job and called me I didn’t not speak with her totally unprofessional and left a bad tatse in my mouth and when I went to return the key the other Employee was upset she had to work my shift and it was very unprofessional how she acted because I choose to leave the company. I would stay clear of this place it’s just very low vibrational and not worth it not even if you are looking for your first job. Just horrible all around.
