As you know, our customer-facing team members spend their first month or two, depending on position, in our instructor-led training program that is designed to prepare them for the knowledge and skills needed for the role. Sharing knowledge through training and documentation can help our team members learn and grow, as well as provide better service to customers. This is why we champion continued education through self-paced training courses, instructor-led sessions, and through encouraging team members to help in adding to our internal knowledge database.
