Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for being part of the team for more than five years. We’re glad to hear that our amazing team members helped to make your time with us more enjoyable and that you were able to benefit from our fast-paced approach to solutions. Leaders from all departments are required to participate in a training series which covers topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, employment law and interview training to help them strengthen their skills and provide the best possible support to their team members. We provide additional training in our Leadership Academy for both those interested in becoming leaders as well as current leaders in order to cultivate their leadership qualities. We have confidence in our leaders abilities to apply their training successfully but, as a company, we emphasize the importance for leaders to continue to improve in how they can support their team along with our external customers. We have a number of ways to collect and distribute feedback to our leadership team including stay interviews, third party confidential surveys, the employee suggestion program, regular organized chats with HR, and monthly leadership steering meetings for leaders to discuss strategies for improvement with their peers. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience, we’re always open to considering opportunities for improvement. We assess compensation bands and bonus plans on a regular basis to make sure our compensation is reflective of individual performance and cost of living changes. We also look at external market compensation rates to assess how IMH aligns with other companies. We understand that the company’s success is due to the tremendous effort our team members put into their work daily. As a way of saying “Thank you” to our team, we have a Profit Sharing program that provides payouts twice a year based on company profits, team member performance, and length of service. Upper management has a habit of introducing new products and/or tools, but documentation for them is sparse and there is very little training for it until months down the line.

We’re glad to hear that you valued the remote work flexibility and the work/life balance we strive to provide for our team members. When we introduce major changes or launch new products or tools, we aim to provide training a couple weeks in advance so everyone has time to review and complete it. These trainings are required to help ensure consistency and a strong understanding across teams. In addition, our Products team shares reference materials through internal communication channels, containing key product information. For some products, we also have AMA-style Slack channels where team members can ask questions directly to the teams behind the product, and supervisors remain available for any additional support or follow-up questions.
