Salary they promised was 15,000 they gave was number of sales of their waste product multiplied with 200 so i have never recieved more than 8,000. And many of mu colleague even recieved 2000. Or no salary in some months. Managers are rude and manangement is irresponsible. Even they threaten us constantaly to fire. And that is too pressurising. Terms like "at any cost you have to get payments" any how reach the target of the day or you will not be allowed to leave the company" were common. Along with that they use to , make us work around 12 hours.(including break) Note: this is a very genuine review and please don'yt think that many good reviews are there and this guy is posting a negative one. All the reviews by current employees were forcefully written by them under managers.
