Dynamic business, really on the up and expanding. They push hard to make a difference to their clients. Noticeably finding their feet on messaging and really driving the WOW factor for end users. The last 12 months have seen the company really work out where it wants to go and how.

None for me personally. I'm given lots of freedom to work on my own initiative and i love it. If you want to be the best you can be this is the company to come to. I guess if you are not self motivated or a team player prepared to work hard, or you want to hide your performance - then don't work for a performance management company!
