After over 15 years across various companies and roles, this is my first negative review. At InRhythm, the company's deceitful and sub-standard policies and it's Trump-like draconian dual-personality CEO not only makes it one of the worst ever experiences, but also forces me to bring the plain truth about the company so that you are warned! My two years at InRhythm were marked by repeated unfulfilled promises and concerning management practices, including: - No salary adjustments despite strong client feedback - No overtime pay, even though clients were billed for extra hours - Promised bonuses that were never delivered - Limited learning or growth opportunities apart from voluntary employee-led sessions - Frequent and disruptive changes in company leadership Leadership turnover has been especially high, with several critical positions changing multiple times in the past year alone. Many consultants leave quickly, while those requiring immigration sponsorship may feel compelled to stay longer. When your assignment ends, the company will immediately throw you under the bus by either letting you go or putting you on a furlough without any pay or benefits even if you are a W2 employee! As soon as you are not minting money, the money-thirsty CEO, who is the sole and ultimate decision maker in this company, will kick you out. No matter how much he shamelessly talks about being a family-guy and always available and reachable, he remains untouchable and makes all decisions from behind the shield of his next level leadership staff, who simply remains powerless and simply sucks up to him to avoid getting laid off. Summary: I caution prospective employees to carefully consider these issues before joining, especially if stability, transparency, and professional growth are top priorities.
