It is nice to be a part of a "flat" organization that recognizes it truly takes a village. - The start-up environment provides a space for trying new things, seeing if they work and accepting failure every now and then. The leadership at InScribe takes the challenges of a start-up and encourages the team to work together to solve problems. Allowing everyone to share ideas, past experiences, and opinions. This trusting environment is not only more welcoming than others I've been in, but it is also extremely motivating. - InScribe's mission and vision provide me with a sense of purpose. I take pride in knowing that we are helping students feel a sense of belonging in a time that can feel so isolating. I take pride in knowing that we are helping underserved populations. I take pride in knowing that we are building a product with purpose. - There are many other pros to working for InScribe. These are just the few that mean the most to me.

Honestly, it is very difficult to come up with cons about working at InScribe. One that really isn't a reflection of InScribe is that there isn't enough time in the day. As a team, we have a million things we'd like to get done in a day, and sometimes I have to remind myself that there is only so much can be done.
