-The pay is abysmal. $11.50 is the starting pay for a GSC, and while you *might* be lucky and get the lead position, do not count on it. You also only get a $.50 raise, with 10x more stress. -There is no recognition of good work for one worker in particular. -Don't expect any warnings, reviews, etc. for when you are doing poorly. -They expect a lot from you, despite being paid nearly minimum wage. You are constantly the one to deal with angry clients, with little help or guidance from corporate. -Constantly looking for new GSCs and other technicians, as GSCs are typically at the company for about ~6 months.
