None at all, they are scammers
Svantaggi
Do not pay for training. You pay THEM. Make you pay for your insurance license and state license. Which can range up to 200$. On top of the fact that they DO NOT pay for training. Which can take at least 2 weeks. Make you pay for leads, ranging for 15 cents for one lead up to 25$ for a bunch of leads. The leads are priced from standard to premium. Sounds like a scam, smells like a scam, looks like a scam... No guaranteed compensation, as a matter of a fact the ONLY guaranteed compensation is that you will be paying them. Not them paying you. So you will wind up investing time and money into this job only to potentially wind up working under the minimum wage and making almost nothing at all. I mentioned this to the recruiter and she sounded offended, "If you stand by the company and believe we could make a great deal of money in this together, then why can't you pay for the training and licenses? Even paying minimum wage would be acceptable. That way there is some financial guarantee here." She said, "Sir, we don't make any money from the license, we even pay to give you that 65% off on it. We are losing money here." Totally misses the point, every new hire is a money loss for a business. That's the normal procedure of doing business. Duh. But when you expect us to pay you, and yes it is paying you. No matter how you look at it, we are paying you for leads, we are paying you for the popularity of selling a third party license, we are paying you in our time. Only a complete moron would fall for this. That's not how it works in the real business world. If investing into a new hire is this scary for you then you obviously shouldn't be doing business. You are better off investing your life savings into NFT's.
