I am writing to express my deep anger and frustration with my experience working at inviz.ai. As a full-time engineer for the past two years, I have never encountered such a toxic work culture. The only reason I stayed for so long was because my salary was not being cleared on time, and I needed to support myself financially. It is unacceptable that despite working tirelessly for the company, I had to wait 4-5 months to receive payment. To make matters worse, the management team was completely unresponsive, and when they did finally reply to my emails, they made false promises that were never kept. The lack of communication and respect from the management team has made my time at inviz.ai unbearable. I regret ever joining this company and would strongly advise anyone considering working there to reconsider.
